Rossi Management & Consulting Services AG is a Swiss based company registered and incorporated in 2021. The firm provides Management Consulting and Board Services.

All my advisory and management activities are held under the umbrella of this company. I had the privilege being a Member of the Executive Board of Bank Julius Baer for 13 years. I want to share with my partners and clients the leadership experience and financial expertise I gained over more than 30 years in the financial industry.

Throughout my life, I have always been eager to expand my knowledge, put this in actionable ideas and then challenge myself and those around me. I always strive to go the extra mile to come up with positions and solutions which are well thought through and balanced. I enjoy engaging with my peer group and I am never shy to express my point of view but at the same time I am always willing to listen to the counter arguments. Strategic thinking and turning decisions into actions are some of my key skills.

Invest

Over more than 30 years I was able to invest clients money and my own funds. Since my banking apprenticeship, I have been fascinated with markets, asset classes, economics and how and why individual companies perform. To succeed it is important to have a written investment policy where the Strategic Asset Allocation, range and use of instruments, review process and responsibilities are defined.

During my last part of studies I focussed on Banking & Finance. I wrote my first thesis on “Structured FX-Derivatives and their practical use“. The final thesis analysed the current state and outlook for the “Educational Landscape in Switzerland for the Financial Industry“. In all my leadership functions, I have made the point how important it is to invest in people particularly on their education and their behaviour patterns. Products and Services can be easily replicated but building an efficient and responsive team takes time and it is often the main driver between success and failure!

Engage

Engagement across various fields is crucial in my opinion to creating results. It means that one has to leave their comfort zone but changes and challenges need to be addressed in a timely manner! Clients and employees are crucial to a business success - if you look after both of these you will enjoy the benefits as a shareholder and with your respective business partner. I have found it very inspirational to lead and work within a multicultural and multi diverse team. Spending time for community services and supporting charitable functions is a matter of course.
